Will you send our code to OpenAI or another AI company?

Not by default. The agent runs on models we host ourselves, or inside your own cloud. If you want a frontier API for a specific task, it only happens with your written approval.

Who owns the code?

You do. Everything we write goes into your repository under your licence.
